The mission of The American Society of Dermatopathology (ASDP) is:
- Improving the quality of dermatopathology as practiced by the dermatologist and pathologist;
- Aiding in the dissemination of knowledge among established dermatopathologists;
- Teaching of dermatopathology; and
- Encouraging research in dermatopathology and allied fields.
