Application process: Please return completed application, with requested documents and the non-refundable application processing fee, to the ASDP headquarters office. Your application will be reviewed by the Membership Committee, Board of Directors, and voted upon by the General Membership at the next Annual meeting. Your application must be received by August 31, 2008, if you wish to apply for membership this year.
