Registration Registration for the 45th Annual Meeting is open to The American Society of Dermatopathology members and nonmembers, including applicants for membership, residents in dermatology and pathology, fellows in dermatopathology and medical students. The established meeting registration fees include all sessions unless otherwise noted as Optional, three continental breakfasts, two lunches and all refreshment breaks. |
