Networking Events (In-person Attendees Only)
You can RSVP for the networking events listed below by clicking the Add button next to the item under the optional program menu.  

• Friday, November 20, 2026 – Annual Society Dinner (Open to all meeting attendees and requires additional fee).
• Saturday, November 21, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Annual Membership Business Meeting & Luncheon (Open to ASDP members only. There is no fee to attend, but registration is required).

Meeting Disclaimer
By registering for the ASDP 63rd Annual Meeting, you agree to ASDP's Cancellation and Refund Policy and acknowledge that your photo/recording/video may be captured at the event for purposes of documenting the meeting. Photos may also be used in informational articles or future promotions of ASDP activities. 

If you already registered and need to add another session or event, please contact Violeta to add them.

4. Answer required questions and click 'Save Responses' (this will ensure your dietary needs are met and attendance counted in non-educational events).
5. Add optional sessions and dinner.
6. Proceed to and complete checkout.
