Registration fee includes admission to all Plenary Program sessions and courses, Oral Abstracts, Poster Defense, breakfasts, lunches and receptions (not including Interactive Microscopy sessions and Dermatopathology Seminars, Self-Assessment Course, and annual dinner).

Additional fees are required to attend Interactive Microscopy sessions and Dermatopathology Seminars, the Self-Assessment Course, and annual dinner.

Registered Annual Meeting attendees will retain on-demand access to all recorded Plenary Program sessions and courses until April 30, 2026. Instructions on how to access the recordings will be sent to registrants at a later date.

The optional program, consisting of Interactive Microscopy sessions, Dermatopathology Seminars and the Self-Assessment Course pre- and post-tests require additional fees, as does the Annual Society Dinner

  • All Interactive Microscopy sessions and Dermatopathology Seminars will be only held virtually in a Zoom setting.
  • Interactive Microscopy sessions and Dermatopathology Seminars will be offered as part of the pre-meeting program Monday, October 27 - Wednesday, October 29.
  • You must register for each session to gain entry to the Zoom meeting and access additional materials provided by each session director.

ASDP offers reduced registration fees for attendees residing in many countries outside the U.S., Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Discounts are based on the classifications provided by the World Bank. View the sliding scale fee details. Optional Program and Events

Additional fees and online registration are required to attend all optional sessions and the Annual Society Dinner. It is the responsibility of all attendees to make sure their schedules do not conflict when registering for the sessions and dinner.

Registration Fees
All speakers, session chairs and meeting attendees are required to pay the registration fee for the Annual Meeting according to ASDP policy and fee schedule. Registration and fee schedule apply even when the speaker attends the Annual Meeting for a short time only to present his/her paper or participate in a panel discussion.

Payment Instructions
Registrations must include payment by check (drawn on a U.S. bank), credit card or bank transfer of funds in U.S. dollars. Wire transfers within North America will incur a $15 fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $17 fee. ASDP cannot accept registrations by telephone. ASDP will not accept registrations without full payment. Caution: Registration forms submitted more than once may result in duplicate credit card charges. Send your registration using only one method of payment.

Cancellation and Substitution Policies

Member Registration Discount
Members must be in good standing during the fiscal year in which the Annual Meeting occurs to qualify for the member registration discount. Membership dues must be paid through June 30, 2026, to receive discounted registration for the ASDP 62nd Annual Meeting.

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Full meeting registration cancellations received on or before October 15, 2025, will be refunded, less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations of individual tickets, such as Interactive Microscopy sessions, Dermatopathology Seminars, Annual Society Dinner, and any additional purchases must be submitted in writing on or before October 15, 2025, to be refunded in full. All cancellation requests received after October 15, 2025, will be honored but are not refundable. Refunds will not be given for in-person registration no-shows.

Attendee Substitutions
Attendee registration substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant to [email protected] on or before October 15, 2025. Substitutions WILL NOT be allowed after October 15, 2025. Substitution requests must include the name of the original registrant, copy of original registration confirmation email, the name of the substitute attendee and their email address. If the cost of the substitution registration is lower than the original registration, a refund will not be issued for the difference. If the cost of the substitution registration is higher than the original registration, the balance must be paid prior to the meeting.

Attendance Type Changes
Changes of attendance type from virtual to in-person and vice versa must be submitted in writing to [email protected] on or before October 15, 2025, to receive a refund, if applicable. Requests received after October 15, 2025, will be honored but are not refundable. If the change results in additional fees (i.e. from in-person to virtual), the balance must be paid upon change.

Optional Program Additions After Registration
In the event attendee wishes to purchase tickets to any Optional Program sessions or Non-CME Events, please contact ASDP at +1-847-572-2188 with payment. Additions will not be processed until payment is received.
