What is the process for nominations and elections?

There is an election for open positions on the ASDP Board of Directors. The Nominations Committee solicits nominations for potential election candidates each spring preceding the election. The final slate of nominees is approved by the current Board of Directors 60 days in advance of the election and is announced to the membership at least 30 days prior to the election. Read the ASDP bylaws for further details.
