Registration Fees

All speakers, session chairs and meeting attendees are required to pay the registration fee for the Annual Meeting according to ASDP policy and fee schedule. Registration and fee schedule apply even when the speaker attends the Annual Meeting for a short time only to present his/her paper or participate in a panel discussion.

Payment Instructions

Registrations must include payment by check (drawn on a U.S. bank), credit card or bank transfer of funds in U.S. dollars. Wire transfers within North America will incur a $30 fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 fee. ASDP cannot accept registrations by telephone. ASDP will not accept registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.


Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations and Refunds: Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before September 26, 2019, will be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations will be honored but money will not be refunded after September 26, 2019.

Substitutions: Registration substitutions are allowed at any time but must be submitted in writing by the original registrant. Substitution requests must include the name of the original registrant, copy of original registration confirmation letter/email and the name of the substitute attendee. Substitutions must be of the same member category or the difference will be charged.

Annual Society Dinner Policy

Notification of cancellation of Annual Society Dinner Tickets must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before September 6, 2019, will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after September 6, 2019, but before September 20, 2019, will receive 50% of the cost of a ticket. No refunds will be made after September 20, 2019.
