Your registration fee includes admission to all Plenary Program sessions and courses, and the virtual poster hall. Registered Virtual Annual Meeting Attendees will have access to recordings of the Plenary Sessions for 30 days. Instructions on how to access the recordings will be sent to registrants at a later date.

Sliding Scale Discounts 

This year, ASDP is offering reduced registration fees for attendees residing in many countries outside the U.S., Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Registration Fees
All speakers, session chairs and meeting attendees are required to pay the registration fee for the Annual Meeting according to ASDP policy and fee schedule. Registration and fee schedule apply even when the speaker attends the Annual Meeting for a short time only to present his/her paper or participate in a panel discussion.

Payment Instructions
Registrations must include payment by check (drawn on a U.S. bank), credit card or bank transfer of funds in U.S. dollars. Wire transfers within North America will incur a $30 fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 fee. ASDP cannot accept registrations by telephone. ASDP will not accept registrations without full payment. Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card. Send your registration using only one method of payment.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations and Refunds: Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or before October 1, 2021, will be refunded, less a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations will be honored but money will not be refunded after October 1, 2021.

Substitutions: Registration substitutions are allowed at any time but must be submitted in writing by the original registrant. Substitution requests must include the name of the original registrant, copy of original registration confirmation letter/email and the name of the substitute attendee. Substitutions must be of the same member category or the difference will be charged.
