This award is given in conjunction with the ASDP Annual Meeting. Residents or fellows in training who are accepted for oral or poster presentations at the ASDP Annual Meeting are eligible to receive the Physician-In-Training Award. Physician-in-Training Awards are presented for the best oral presentations and best posters and range from $200-350 each.

The American Society of Dermatopathology (ASDP) offers mentorships designed to enable young dermatologists and pathologists to acquire additional skills in dermatopathology that will further their careers by studying with a Dermatopathology Mentor. Approximately 8 awards are granted each year in the amount of $3,000 each.
